Case 4

Patient presented after completing Orthodontics with a missing UR lateral incisor and previous bonding. There was insufficient interdental space to allow implant placement, so a 3-unit fixed bridge was treatment planned and single crowns for the UL central and lateral incisors. The tissue architecture was improved with Periodontal crown lengthening, to even the tissue heights for the central incisors, and vital bleaching of his entire dentition was done to improve the colour of his teeth.
