Case 5

Patient presented with incisal wear and malposition of the anterior teeth due to bruxism/grinding. The patient wanted to have her teeth straightened and restored to an ideal shape. Six (6) veneers were fabricated and a biteguard to protect the veneers from nocturnal grinding.
